Rental Management, Incorporated (RMI) was established in 1970 for the sole purpose of offering quality housing to low income families. With this in mind, we set out to offer living accommodations to low income families that would measure up to and exceed the accommodations offered at full market rents.
We feel that our management style is best suited to serve the tenant. While working within a set of rules that fully comply with HUD regulations and reporting requirements, we attempt to offer an environment that will give the tenant a feeling of living in a private home with the added comfort of an attentive ear in management, from the Manager on site to the President in the corporate office. With this universal attitude throughout RMI, we have built a reputation envied by our peers and one for which we justly take pride.
Throughout the years we have established ourselves as a leader in the management of both healthy properties as well as helping to bring life to depressed properties. The owner of Rental Management, Inc., Donna Sexton (retired) received the Industry Statesman Award in 2010 from South Western Affordable Housing Association. While doing this, during our forty-five (45) years in operation, we have maintained the highest credit standards within the communities we serve and have never failed to make a mortgage payment.
